GoogleBrilliant service, 5 stars is not enough. The team deserve way more! Had the great pleasure of dealing with in no particular order Simon, Harj, Carly and Joe who were a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond everytime. The property was let quickly and honest advice was given from the outset and expectations met. If your a landlord you won't regret it. They are all a true asset to the company and deserve a pay rise! :D

GoogleAfter a terrible experience of poor management from another agency I’ve moved to Gascoigne Pees Basingstoke, a decision that has proved to be the best , with Simon’s insightful and extensive Knowledge I’ve managed to rectify and avert a few of the many disasters that landlords seems to find themselves due various government regulations. I would therefore highly recommend them.
Thank you for this great review. I am delighted to hear that Simon’s advice has been helpful

GoogleThis was my first experience with Gascoigne-Pees and it was exceptional. I contacted several estate agents when selling our rental property and selected G-Pees based on the conversation that I had with their team member, Martina. Martina was professional, knowledgeable and so enthusiastic! The whole team in the Basingstoke branch are so helpful. They gave me excellent advice and worked tirelessly to find a suitable buyer. I was surprised at the amount of help they gave us to keep the sale on track by phoning the buyer and their solicitor to chase things up. They also coordinated with me and my solicitor to keep us updated. I would definitely recommend G-Pees.
Thank you for this fantastic review Keren. I am delighted that Martina and the rest of the team were able to help.
