GoogleCollins have always been an outstanding agent managing the tenants of this prop-erty for a number of years. The personal and local contact was much improved over larger nationwide agencies we had used previously. When we came to sell the property it seemed sensible to stay with Collins and so it proved. Living at a distance from Basingstoke it was important to have a selling agent who knew the background and had contact with the sitting tenant.

Christi is also really helpful and very supportive with our moving process. GoogleI chose to use Minton Estate Agents initially because they didn't give the hard 'estate agent' sell and I wanted to give a new business a chance...I definitely made the right choice. During the whole process Darren and Charlie were at the end of the phone whenever I needed them. They were quick to respond and made you feel important and not just another house seller. Even with a few kinks in the road we got there and I couldn't rate them highly enough. My suggestion is don't use the estate agents on the high street but use Mintons. With Mintons being a smaller team they give a brilliant focused service and get the job done, keeping you up to date every step of the way.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe put our house on the market with Mintons in February 2020. We did not have an easy time with our sale and with the challenges that the lockdowns brought, plus some bad luck, the process of selling our house and buying another took us a year. During that whole period, Darren and Charlie could not have been more supportive. Every time we hit a hurdle they remained positive, driven and never lost faith. Without their guidance, we would likely have abandoned our sale and not got to eventually move. I think that any other estate agent would’ve given up on us! Instead, they pushed on the process wherever they could and kept communication going in our lengthy chain, going way beyond what was required of them. They kept us informed every step of the way, were always contactable and were honest and straight talking. I know we received the absolute best service. To top it off, their fee was the best we were quoted. The family and friends we have recommended Mintons to have also had a great experience with them. Won't be using them again. - Thank you for your response however my initial email to her was 20/03 and I still haven't heard back from her, and through the year I've tried getting hold of her about 6 times, and am yet to receive a call back.

GoogleWe used Darren to sell our house that previously didnt sell using a larger high street name. Darren was very firendly and knowledgable without pushing us to sign up. Within two weeks we had views and two offers on our property, one we accepted and sold to. Darren kept us up to date throughout the whole process, even as the country went into lockdown and we worried to complete Darren kept everything moving, calmed our nervers and pushed on to gain a safe completion. GoogleMinton estate agents gave fantastic professional service from start to finish. Once we agreed to sell our property with Darren and gave consent for a for sale sign to go up , no sooner had we sold. Darren always returned our emails , text and calls. All through lock down Darren worked giving us positive reassurance that we needed. The move has had its ups and downs with the bottom of the chain, but Darren has taken all the stress away from us.
