GoogleI found Chancellors Estate Agents, Basingstoke very professional and customer friendly. Cathleen Anderson understood my requirements very well and was very proactive during one of the flat that I viewed. She presented the information about the property in a well organised and easy manner. I found reaching out and communicating with Chancellors much easier than other experiences I had. GoogleI wrote several times regarding my GDPR breach and received confirmations that my data was deleted in 2 separate emails. Since then, I receive more calls and emails every day! Frustrating as I never agreed to any evaluation of the property at all! Let the Senior management contact me as I have a very negative experience with at least 5 random agents calling me each day. Correspondence will be attached too.

GoogleThe most unprofessional service I've ever encountered. I got reassured that everything was ok with referencing after spending hours in the dysfunctional website they use for, I spent money buying white goods as the property was coming without them, they didn't want to put in writing that existing issues would be fixed prior to my moving in date ,I handed my notice to my current landlord just to be told that the current tenant changed their mind and they can't do nothing. Do you want to save yourself money, time and your sanity? Just ignore their ads

GoogleWhat a great experience I got from Chancellors in Basingstoke. I would recommend them to everyone. Thomas who is the manager was very welcoming from the moment I met him, he came to my property and spent a bit of time looking around and asking questions about the property so that he can feed back to potential buyers. I decided to use Chancellors because of the first impression of him. He asked me to pop in the office to meet the team. I met Fraser on a few occasions when he showed people around my property and when I went to the office, very very pleasant young man, always had a smile on his face and was very polite at all times. I met Nyah at the office and she came around on a couple of occasion to show people around. Again she was very pleasant, polite and always had a smile on her face. All 3 are a total credit to the company. So thank you to all 3 of you for everything you done because between the 3 of you you sold me house very quickly.

Simon from Chancellors team is spot on his communication and kept me in the loop all through process. We had few date changes due to unavoidable reasons - Simon managed the unknowns well and accommodated the schedule in partnership with tenants. Very happy with the service received!

GoogleThey are very difficult to get through. On their ads the properties do not list road name so when speaking with agents, you can’t be sure if you are on same page. This has happened to me few times. Once the agent spent 10 minutes looking for the house Was talking about and told me the viewing has been booked but on the viewing day I called them back to check and it was not booked at all. So when I see their newly listed properties, I just scroll past.

GoogleEleyne has been amazing. Easy to get hold of, if not available first time she always called back promptly. Was more than happy to give us a second viewing on the same property within the same week and was very knowledgable on the property.
