GoogleAfter letting from our previous agent for five years, we were interested in a property with Gascoigne-Pees. This was during lock down, so we couldn't view the property and services were limited. Despite this, Chandon Bell from the Basingstoke office went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to secure the property. Response time is quick and the high level of personal care from Chandon is much appreciated!

GoogleMy account wasnβt handled professionally. I had to chase several team members, to rectify accounting issues and contractual mistakes. To the point where I had to formally complain to be heard. Eventually decided to leave the property for and still my account still not handled correctly. Because of these mistakes I had to wait while for my deposit to be returned. Despite me sending evidence from the first week they took over my property. Overall experience was horrible and extremely stressful. From my personal experience, I would recommend you avoid at all cost if possible

Excellent estate agents. Instructed Gascoigne Pees (Worcester Park branch) on both a house purchase and house sale. The team went over and beyond throughout the whole process. They were adaptable re pricing given changes in housing market and also suggested local firms of solicitors to use. Great team, professional and personable. Would use them again and again. Fully recommend and massive thank you!

Worst organised letting company. I have several properties that I use letting agents to manage. By far, Gascoigne-Pees are the worst. They charge for everything despite me paying for full managed property they make additional charges for anything they do. They consistently fail to do anything that they say they will do. Their different departments don't communicate with each other. They give letting/estate agents a bad name.

My rental move was made easy, I had someone always available for questions and I found the process simple, professional and approachable. I felt I was heard as a prospective tenant, listened to and patronising or cold interaction which I have experienced before with some property agents, were not felt with Gascoigne Pees.

Deposit: I rented an apartment for over 1.5 years (small studio flat), I got it dirty, including the tools left in it, the walls were unpainted, full of dust and paint smeared on door frames, doors, etc. I gave away the apartment, which was very clean and practically ready for rent. For this, my deposit was charged with enormous amounts that are far from reality. The cost of painting was Β£600, cleaning Β£180 etc. for a studio flat which was beautifully cleaned. Even on the report they could not distinguish the pink cube in the water in the toilet that cleans from the scale in the water from the scale in the water. I consider it extortion and fraud. Unprofessional team and lack of trust in this company including the deposit management company.

This company are very disappointing to deal with. They are extremely difficult to get hold of and when you do finally get a response that response is brief and lacks the professional knowledge you would hope for when spending large amounts of money through them.

Excellent customer service, very professional, organised and great communication. I Mainly dealt with Carly and Richard who were both brilliant, as was Chris who I spoke to a couple of times... I just rented the property I want my wife to join me in UK asap from India , It's tedious documentary procedure to follow but Carly done great job for me by arranging all documents for accommodation...now I am quite equipped n happy face π thanks to GPees n Thank you Carly.
