GoogleWe choose to sell my mum's bungalow through Gascoigne-Pees Basingstoke and are very pleased with the outcome. We found all the staff were very professional and helpful throughout. Nick gave us good advice at the start of the process and provided a good valuation. The house sale turned out to be very straightforward and there were very few issues. Paul did a great job of keeping us updated of the progress every couple of weeks as the sale went through, which was reassuring. Our overall experience has been extremely positive.

Great communication, helped to move things a long and got the job done under very tight timeframes. GoogleMassive shout out to Gascoigne-Pees, in particular, Martina for being just the absolute star she is! For a first time buyer, the process can be very daunting but Martina made everything super clear and just been on it with everything and having her wide network certainly helps speed things along too! Would highly recommend the team regardless as to whether you’re a buyer or a seller.

GoogleWe began looking for a property on Tuesday and by Thursday Simon Swanson had found us the perfect property and shown us around. Kayleigh Rogerson has been fantastic on the admin side. All paperwork is completed and deposit paid. All in 2 days!! What an incredible service! Can't recommend Gasgoign-Pees enough. We have had amazing communication throughout and now we can't wait to move in :)

Tom is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. We accepted an offer back in May from a buyer on the basis that the buyer was a cash purchaser. We were then told in July that this was not the case and he was applying for a mortgage. Only when we were ready to exchange and complete in August the buyers solicitors informed us that the buyer had a related transfer of equity, unbelievable. We were told it could take up to 6 months to sort out. We were very disappointed about being kept in the dark about this so late in the transaction. Had we been privy to this we would not have accepted the offer in the first place.

Googleno issues until moving out when they tried to charge the whole deposit amount for cleaning and redecoration even though the house was cleaned including carpet cleaning and trying to charge £1400 for scuff marks on walls! would definitely avoid! also tried to charge for the same thing twice(7 times!) and one for something that was clearly in the check in report!

GoogleI am extremely disappointed with this agency’s lack of transparency and professionalism. They made adjustments quietly, leaving me to discover the increase on my own. This kind of practice feels untrustworthy. If you’re considering using this agency to manage your property, be cautious and make sure to monitor your statements carefully. I cannot recommend them based on my experience.
