GoogleI wouldnt recommend this company at all, Very quick to get you into a property but getting your deposit back is a nightmare, They also falsly advertise things about properties. I would avoid at all costs. Very unprofessional staff, rude, insulting and only appeared to care about the landlords.

GoogleWe have had a wonderful experience working with GP Basingstoke Team (Gemma, Virginia, Carly) since we started dealing with the wonderful ladies. The customer service, response time and communications were spot on. We would definitely recommend G.P Basingstoke team. As we were based abroad we needed a team who could react immediately and respond to each of our requests and the G.P team have done their best on all occasions. They are a friendly bunch to deal with.

GoogleI had been searching for a new property to let for sometime before i discovered Gascoigne Pees. I can honestly say that the level of customer service with other letting agents in the Basingstoke area was very poor. Lettings negotiator, Residential lettings of Gascoigne Pees Nathan Jones not only took a keen interest in my situation to help find me a new property, but was also very supportive and helpful through the whole letting process. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleCan't fault Billi at GP at all. She has been helpful, friendly and accommodating all the way through the process. Billi closely followed the progress of our sale on an almost daily basis and was quick to respond to queries and take action when necessary. Would highly recommend. (Think I will miss her friendly phone calls actually!)

GoogleThe whole team at Gascoigne Pees have been brilliant - we cannot fault them and when there was the inevitable problem in the chain, it was taken care of quickly and thoughtfully - allowing the process for all to continue on smoothly. Our main contact was Martyna who was excellent throughout. I would highly recommend GP!

When we rang a viewing was arranged for the next day, as soon as we let Carly know we wanted to rent the property she was really efficient in letting us know the next steps.
