GoogleCan't fault Billi at GP at all. She has been helpful, friendly and accommodating all the way through the process. Billi closely followed the progress of our sale on an almost daily basis and was quick to respond to queries and take action when necessary. Would highly recommend. (Think I will miss her friendly phone calls actually!)

GoogleThe whole team at Gascoigne Pees have been brilliant - we cannot fault them and when there was the inevitable problem in the chain, it was taken care of quickly and thoughtfully - allowing the process for all to continue on smoothly. Our main contact was Martyna who was excellent throughout. I would highly recommend GP!

When we rang a viewing was arranged for the next day, as soon as we let Carly know we wanted to rent the property she was really efficient in letting us know the next steps. This is a nightmare situation, if l could give zero stars l would. My ex partner died in his flat, been trying for months to get my deposit back from them, ring ring, speak to people and nothing happens. Now writing letters, will go all the way. Awful customer service.

Nothing is not enough trouble to Gascoige Pees they positively revel in finding problems. From day one to the end of the tenancy. They contract out various services so they can always distance themselves and deflect blame. They even refunded the tenant his deposit despite damage to the flat costing over £1,000 to rectify.

Hi All, Please very careful considerate rental any property in this letting agent unless they improved service. We had completed all professional clean after end of tenancy however the letting agent and management company refused to return all deposit amounts.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
