I chose Chancellors as my estate agent thanks to Tom. Tom gave me confidence and support throughout the sale of my property. His knowledge of the area, his professionalism and his confidence were the biggest reason why I went with Chancellors. He was honest and kept me upto date at all times. ***EDIT - now leaving a 3 star review. Communication is poor. After submitting an offer only found out to be rejected via the website showing ‘Let Agreed’. Spoke to 2 different people from the branch who said they would transfer my message but I haven’t heard anything back.
