After using a few top agents in Wickford with no luck pf selling in months, Mickey came round and took some incredible photos with his drome and within a week we finally sold our flat! Selling our once shared ownership flat was a journey in itself, let’s just say we had so many obstacles on the way we would have given up if it wasn’t for Gibson and Brennen! They were there for me 100%. Honestly amazing company! Gemma was amazing I’ve worked with quite a few agents trying to sell the flat and by far Gemma was the best she chased and chased and gave us updates all the time I can’t think her enough if I could I would give them 100/10! Thank you for helping us achieve this move and finally find our family home!

GoogleWhat a brilliant service. From the time Jake gave us at the start going through everything and making it all so easy and no pressure at all. To Mickey with the photos, made the house look like a show home and really did the house justice. Then Sophie was next level amazing for all the chasing in the background, keeping the solicitors on their toes as well as other agents. She really made the difference taking the stress out of it all and keeping us regularly updated. I can’t recommend this team enough!

When things were moving slowly, Jake was always on it, chasing things up, keeping us informed, and doing everything he could to push things along. He was always available when I needed to vent, and never made me feel like a burden, just genuinely supportive, patient, and understanding. His professionalism, communication, and overall care made a very stressful process so much easier. If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly goes the extra mile, I can’t recommend Jake and Gibson & Brennan highly enough. A fantastic service from a fantastic team!
