Outstanding, Thank YouWhile out viewing properties with Chadwell Heath office I met Michal Aloto at the open house, he discussed my situation and I had just put my property on the market with an online agent. After a couple of months I accepted an offer and when Michael was discussing new properties for me to buy said he thought the offer was low, he felt that he had buyers ready who could view my house and as it’s no sale no fee I agreed for him to come round. The first open house was a success and I got the offer £15,000 more. I had more viewers in one day than I’d had for past two months. This brilliant service didn’t stop, every time I’ve called the office the staff are all very helpful, Michelle took time to explain and help me understand what happens next. Thank you Michael and Michelle I would highly recommend.

When I first started to look for a property, I had no idea how the whole process works. The team at Basildon, specifically Abbie, were fantastic. They were very welcoming and understanding to my situation, going through various properties and the fees in a clear manner.Before and after a viewing, I was kept updated on the situation in a quick and timely manner. Even when there was a couple of problems with my guarantors, Abbie went out of her way to try and accommodate me and find a solution that suited me.The whole process went smoothly and the team were very friendly every time I went into the branch. Excellent team effort so individual people all deserve a mention.Chadwell Heath branch manager Les secured our business by offering valuation etc on his route home after the shop had closed when other agents would not make themselves available for a further 2, 3 days. He clearly explained the process to us and inspired confidence in his teams ability to successfully market our home.Gizem handled the open house viewings with tact and diplomacy.Michelle, Michael and Charlotte were always on hand and extremely helpful when issues occurred with our buyers.Once we accepted our purchasers offer our file was moved to Andrew Bilby, sales progressor based at East Ham branch. We cannot thank Andrew enough for his conscientious and effective approach when dealing with some difficult issues. Our ongoing purchase was through an on line agent and the experience was awful but could have been a whole lot worse. Thankfully Andrew recognised the issues created by this on line agent and took it upon himself to take control of the whole chain and has worked tirelessly to ensure all parties were communicating with one another, even contacting the builders for people at the top end of the chain to keep things fluid.We have been copied into each and every email sent to keep us abreast of developments and telephones calls without prompt, have been received in order to update too, even if there have been no significant developments.Having lived in the address we have just vacated for over 27 years this has been a stressful time, but the staff at Douglas Allen have been excellent and made this process so much easier to deal with and we cannot thank them enough.I would highly recommend Douglas Allen estate agents.Thank you.

Amazing service from Douglas Allen in Chingford!!!BIG thank you to JESSICA and her team! Jessica is awesome.....from the moment I met her, I knew she would be the one to sell my house! I'd previously been signed up with another agent and was getting nowhere! Jess would call me every week to see how I was getting on and we both agreed that when I came to the end of the 3 month contract I would sign up with them! She also put me in contact with their branch in Maidstone where I was planning to move to and consequently bought my house with.....within a few weeks of douglas allen marketing my house, I'd had an offer which followed though to the end and I'm now in my new home!!! Jess knows her 'stuff' she's animated,engaging, funny and just a great person! I would be recommend her to anyone! Excellent service

Chloe and Abbie have been excellent in guiding us through the letting of mum's house. From the start Chloe was so professional we cancelled other agents and went with DAS. She sold the company really well, and answered every question we had thoroughly. Abbie took over for the viewing and letting phase and also kept us up to date with all that was going on. The ouse has now been let and we can keep ourselves up to date using the online system, which is good for us as we live in France. Top service so far, well done everyone!

I have recently been liaisng with Douglas Allen, Woodford branch and have found them to be excellent; especially Khaleesha, who has been fantastic in helping my wife and I find a forever home in the area. We had our flat on the market for 3 weeks with an agent and only had 2 viewings. So we decided to switch to Douglas Allen and within the first week we had 10 viewings followed shortly by an offer that we accepted! The team at the woodford branch have been brilliant with us, and special mention to Khaleesha who has been the main driving force behind our sale! We just wanted to say a big thank you to Simon at Basildon branch for helping us buy our property which we completed on today. When we registered Simon invited us into his VIP service saying we were in an excellent position and that he would go out and find us a property. Well he certainly did that. Knowing we wanted something to do up, that would rent easily and was close to the town, we got a call saying did we want to be the first ones in to a flat he had taken onto the market that morning. We drove over, viewed the flat and offered straight away. After some negotiation we secured the flat and signed up our mortgage with Danielle Chapman. To ensure the sale went through without any hiccups, Chelsey, the sales progressor was constantly in contact with us and we felt we always knew what was happening.I really believe the staff at Douglas Allen go above and beyond in their service to their clients and do exactly what they say they are going to. I bought my first house with Douglas Allen about five years ago. Everything was straight forward and went well smoothly as I used in house mortgage, solicitors, insurance everything. So this time also for my second house i preferred Douglas Allen. I was calling one day Barkingside office regarding a property in Clayhall, the person who attended the call is Mr. Kailesh. Very nice person, talking very nicely through phone, gave confidence and encouraged me to come and view the property. When we are viewing, we can see Mr.Kailesh's helping tendency to that aged seller in two occasions. Mr. Kailesh is very kind and friendly man, who helped me lot through phone and in person also regarding the purchase. I asked some questions regarding my mortgage to Mr. Kailesh. He asked me to visit office to meet Mr. Zeeyad, in house mortgage advisor. Who helped me to get very good mortgage offer and Remortgage offer as well. In addition, Mr. Zeeyad clarified many things regarding purchase of the house which i don't know previously. He got good knowledge in this field. I met 3-4 mortgage advisors before Mr. Zeeyad, but none of them clarified my questions. He is very quick also. Whenever, I am going to Barkingside office, welcomed by Mr.Kailesh, sorting out my needs very quickly. Thanks a lot to both of them and friendly environment and all team members in Barkingside office.

On meeting Andy Dumas, I felt immediately comfortable and confident that I had done the right thing in contacting Douglas Allen to help me with the sale of my property.He was charming, fun to talk with, very generous with his advice and listening to my situation and held no bars back, I like a person who tells me straight the good and bad what to expect and that is what Andy had done, as well as a very thorough description on what the agency does and how they go about doing things. Well to cut a long story short, the team at the agency did a bang up job of getting my house on the market for £275,00.00 and lots of people where interested to the point that I needed an open day, which I wholeheartedly agreed to and thanks to Andy's effort and the of course (Ben and Ella too) I ended up selling it for an incredible sale of £325,000.00.Now I must add that Andy did advice me not to spend any money on doing it up since the buyers would only go over it and I would end wasting what little pennies I had in my pocket at the time, and assured me that he would do his best to get me the best price with out the "touch ups"!He has been in touch since to be sure I was happy with the result and to check that I have done all the necessary paperwork to complete the sale, of which I am most grateful since I can be forgetful lol.Everyone I met from Douglas Allen where absolutely friendly, charming and treated me like an old friend, lovely bunch of people and sincere in their work and word.I wish them all a wondrous future in their careers.Jennifer Vella-Zammit
