First viewing- estate agent forgot to turn up. Had to show the people round myself even though I felt ill.
Second viewing- they sent round a new estate agent that we hadn't met or who hasn't seen the house before. Did most of the talking as the new agent didn't know anything about my house.
Also promised that we would receive constant updates and alerts on new properties however we haven't had one phone call in nearly 2 weeks.

In my honest opinion, the female expeditor was indeed effective, efficient and extremely personable! The trouble with Douglas Allen is that the glossy front-end marketing is let down, extremely badly... a glossy front end magazine with a sub-standard editiorial!
