We found the staff at the south Chingford office to be extremely helpful during the sale of my friend's house. My friend was going into a care home and at all times the staff were caring in their attitude toward her and we felt they could not have done any more in getting a sale for the house. I can't recommend them highly enough. TA big thank you to them all.

where do i start the online portal doesn't work so was unable to look at viewings feedback etc , even told them it does not work 8 yes eight times . constantly wanted us to drop the price of our property after being with them for a few weeks. These guys couldn't sell a house if they tried all they are interested in is there cut(money) which is exorbitant compared to other agents around.

I recently contacted Douglas Allen at Basildon to help me find a property as an urgent basis. I can,t help mentioning one name, Abbie Wilson, Lettings Advisor. She was very professional and nice. Due to my profession, she very kindly arranged the viewing even if, it was outside her normal working hours. She didn,t rush, listened to me, talked about the local geography and answered all my queries. Well done Douglas Allen and staffs.

GoogleNice people but you really don't need to call us relentlessly. If we find a property we want to view with you we will call you. It's doing the opposite effect of what you want and making us not want to buy through you

I have a rental flat which Douglas Allen have let for me. I met Paris at the flat and she understood the situation i was in immediately. She offered excellent advice. The flat was let within a week, checks done, deposit received. Paris's follow up work was very thorough and the local DA office were very helpful. The back office team have been quick to respond and sort out issue. Would highly recommend Douglas Allen.

“Having walked into the busy branch a lady approached me and offered her assistance. I was really thankful that she did because she managed to book me a mortgage appointment, which then secured me a fantastic mortgage. I only later found out that the lady that helped me was a branch secretary called Allison. Everyone in the office was really friendly and overall a much better service than any other on the high street

I am afraid thay my experience was negative and after agreeing a % for commission with me an unnamed meber of the team decided that this conversation would be conveniently forgotten and a new and higher % would be quoted. Unfortunately this company do bear out the reputation of Estate Agents being untrustworthy, slippery and after one thing and one thing only - a sale. Beware and my advice would be to go elsewhere.

I've rarely come across such reliability in this industry and I would highly recommend them!
