Chelsey then took over and helped push the sale through even though others made things difficult (ie management companies) - we have used these guys before and would definitely use them and recommend them again.

very disappointed in their lack of professionalism obviously they just wanted a sale and commission , no care or compassion over probably what is most peoples most expensive purchase of their lives this became more apparent when we changed estate agents , were treated like genuine people and not just a number

Chadwell heath branch promised everything, delivered nothing!! Told me how my property was sought after! Auction deal was best. 60 wasted days!! Then told three weeks notice Is needed. Just false promises, very lazy leadership. Wasted 81 days!!! Don’t give them your business. Time wasters.

GoogleAs a a first time buyer, I was a little nervous however from the start Douglas Allen were friendly and helpful and when showing us around properties they were informative and respectful of the time we wanted to spend looking. They also introduced us to our mortgage broker who I would recommend.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
