I can highly recommend this company they are very professional and helpful. I contacted them because of mobility issues and felt moving was my only option. In middle of buying with Douglas and Allen Wickford. From start with a very helpful Terry who has kept me informed as each process I have to deal with. Also met and all questions answered at viewing by Phoebe. Also occasions Terry wasn't available the sales team seamlessly picked up the reigns and dealt with any issues. You may not need it but in position was also guided through the wonderful world of mortgages by Andrew Seymour. Natasha also keeping you informed step by step is a great help. At present position of process would highly recommend using the team. Won't give them 5 stars as still need to keep them on their toes....

The sale coincided with the recent period of rapid interest rate rises, and property selling prices dropping, a daunting combination. Amazing service and assistance.

The Lettings Manager Joanna Martin went above and beyond to help myself and my children when became homeless in January 2022. Due to unfortunate circumstances, we ended up in a womens refuge because other agents were unable to help or even try to help. Thanks to Joanna we stayed in the hostel for less than 3 weeks as she managed to find a Landlord who would rent a property to us.
