The worst estate agents in East Ham. Don’t return your calls. Information given to you is false. The staff are only interested in their commission and keep telling their vendors this. Totally unprofessional. Avoid at all cost The fees they charged are too much and you don’t get the service you expect

Can’t fault Douglas Allen. Admittedly I didn’t end up purchasing through them but I found them, Spencer in particular, the most pro-active agents of all that I signed up with (and there were a few!). They also accommodated late and last minute viewings which really helped.With that in mind, when I come to sell, I’d use them.

After finding our dream property at Douglas Allen, we were assisted by David Tomlins, who has been extremely helpful and patient in keeping us up to date with all the formal proceedings and necessary paperwork required.
