I have been extremely impressed by the friendly & professional service.

I have been extremely impressedby the professional and friendly service from Beresfords and in particular from Julia Dexter. I had visited the new build site just to take a quick look on a Sunday afternoon. Julia was showing another buyer one of the homes. She was so warm and friendly and promised to be back to show me all the available properties once she had finished her appointment. She then spent a couple of hours getting to know me with genuine interest, gaining an understanding of my housing needs and showing me all of the available poperties. Since then Julia has been incredibly helpful, following up on the progress of my house sale and answering all of my questions. I highly recommend Beresfords and especially Julia who has made the experience of finding a new home an absolute pleasure.

Awesome!

Hannah was wonderful dealing with the end of the tenancy. The property was left in an unexpected state and she took a lot of care in documenting everything, giving recommendations for next steps and clarifying all my questions and concerns (it was the first time I've rented a property so a lot was still new to me). I've had a lot of great experiences with Beresfords over the last couple of decades, this is yet another one to add to the list!

First class service start to finish

My partner and I could not be happier with Beresfords, in particular Alice! The experience in finding a home was stress-free and we were well informed by Beresfords during the whole process. I love how personable the team had been, whilst maintaining a very professional approach. I can’t sing Alice’s praises highly enough, she helped to keep things moving along, provided updates regularly, and has such a positive outlook. She made sure the whole team were updated so communications with her colleagues were easy as well (Steve was a great help also!) Great Experience - Rental

Really good and consistent communication from Eleanor and the team at Beresford. It was very easy to arrange a viewing and Rylie kindly showed us around 4 different properties on the day and took time to even show us some places twice. The whole experience went very smoothly and although we didn’t go for a property to due a change in our own circumstances this time, we will hopefully be back in touch and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Beresfords and Sanders cant be trusted. AVOID THEM.

Beresfords reccomend a solicitors called Sanders who are in the same building as themselves. There was a total lack of communication between the two of them from the start. My prospective buyer pulled out of my house sale after a fairly long period of time, and i feel that both parties could have helped me more with alot more communication with me to pre warn me. Just prior to this my solicitor as well as beresfords were keen for me to pay my solicitors fees for the initial searches to be done on my next property.. I paid them over £300 reluctantly as i wasnt sure if the buyer for my house was serious in her purchase of my property. I explained this to both of them as I was worried the buyer could well pull out and i didnt want to take the risk of losing my money. Subsequently the buyer did pull out and now i have to pay the full fee to their solicitors even though theyve done the initial searches. Over £1000. I feel both beresfords estate agents and Sanders Solicitors have let me down alot. I would not reccommend Beresfords or Sanders at all. Im sad to say this as this was my 1st experience of selling my property and its been a bad and expensive experience for me . Both parties cant be trusted. They are liars. Truth.

Following a detailed appraisal of your file and subsequent conversations with individuals concerned, it would appear there is further information relating to how events unfolded throughout this transaction. I understand your buyer instructed a central heating and water surveyor to inspect your boiler and this was then condemned, despite you confirming to all members of staff the boiler had been serviced. We reassured your buyer and they stayed with you but when they subsequently asked for a builder to visit the property and you declined, they withdraw from their purchase as this gave them further cause for concern. Please note, it is vital all parties are transparent throughout the process to ensure the smooth progression to exchange. As a result of your frustrations, which were not helped by the reasons I have outlined, the Branch Manager became your main point of contact during this transaction.We appreciate communication with Sanders could have been better and this is disappointing to hear as they are our solicitor of choice. This is unacceptable and we will be providing feedback to ensure this does not happen again. Beredford is amazing

Our experience with Beresford has been such an easy journey, Danny was super efficient with our enquiries and was very professional. We let Danny know that this was our first move, and he's been nothing short of patient and understanding with us. We've bombarded him with questions and Danny always responded to us quickly. Great ambassador for Beresfords

Rylie has been a great ambassador for Beresfords - pulling out the stops to secure me a new tenant. It wasn’t easy as we had a couple of false starts, both due to tenants changing their minds and in one case just simply not answering messages to chase progress. But finally Rylie found a family who loved my old home. She has been super efficient, helpful and supportive. When we met in person she was the model of a letting agent professional. New tenants due to sign contract in 2 days time - thanks to Rylie.

Great Service

My wife and I had a lovely viewing with Riley, who was friendly and was honest in answering all the questions we had. We didn't feel we had to hurry and leave - both Riley and the tenant made us feel welcome and it was one of the easiest viewings I have had in recent memory. Riley is a lovely person and we both enjoyed our viewing with her - credit to her and Beresfords! :)
