Right from the initial phone call, our experience with Beresfords was pretty seamless. Thomas E was really knowledgeable about local offerings that might suit our needs, to the extent we are now renting a place he suggested that we hadn’t initially inquired about. I found that Beresfords were very easy to get hold of when I had a question (of which I had many!) and were really helpful throughout the whole process. It was also nice to have someone consistent to contact in the office who we had met and helped us until the end. If we were to rent/buy in the future we would definitely consider Beresfords.

GoogleVery pleased with the professional and principled service we received at Beresford Billericay as sellers. I want to specifically mention that I saw first hand how a large neighbouring estate agent on the high street seems to engage in unscrupulous practices - pressurising potential buyers of properties they represent to also employ them for mortgage advice and conveyance and almost threatening buyers that unless they engage them for these additional services their bid for the property will be rejected. None of this nonsense with Beresford though...
