We would highly recommend Belvoir as they have been exemplary in their service over the last five years we have been working with them. From Senior Management to the office support staff their attitude is always positive and they always provide a swift response and a caring approach to both us and our tenants. Over the last five years they have let and managed properties for us and managed a leasehold management company. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering renting their properties.

The most awful , inefficient, untrustworthy , unprofessional agent I have ever come across . The staff in the office are rude, the majority of them. They are unorganised , lack understanding in their role and are not trustworthy.

FacebookI no longer rent with Belvoir although have an 18+ month long claim with them which is still yet to be resolved despite numerous emails and calls. I feel like I have been penalised for being a good, honest tenant.
