We would just like to post a massive thanks to the team at Belvoir in Basildon. Having worked with Jayne, Keeley & Nicola for many years now on both the rental & sales side of the industry we cannot recommend this company & team highly enough. Apart from being friendly & great to work with, they have everything covered, either collectively or dedicating the right person to address the different & often complicated elements of the industry. The depth of knowledge, approach & experience is obvious & stands out from the word go. We live abroad & Nicola has managed our rental properties providing us with invaluable advice & guidance through the years, professionally taking care of the properties & addressing day to day issues on our behalf. From selection of tenants to ensuring we remain compliant and up to date with the ever-changing regulations etc. (Jayne seems to have a great feel for selecting tenants) Most recently Jayne marketed, managed & guiding us seamlessly through the sale of a property in the quickest time I have ever known from offer to completion. Once again Belvoir Basildon - thank you all for your help & on-going support. Highly recommended.

I moved into a property at the beginning of May and from the time of calling, to viewing, then moving in, the service I received from Nicola and Jayne has been brilliant. There were a couple of hiccups with the property when moving in. I contacted Nicola and she was amazing, Nicola had all relevant areas notified and people sent out to the property with urgency and it was honestly such a great help. I know my way around the property industry and I'm generally quite critical of it. Sloppy service and broken promises seem to dominate. However, I entrusted the rental of my property in Brentwood to Jayne at Belvoir Basildon and the experience was excellent - in fact the opposite of what you see and read from other lettings agents. Jayne was courteous, helpful, informative and spot on with compliance requirements (boring but necessary to prevent landlords being hit with big fines). Very, very highly recommended.

Yesterday, I relocated to the South End. Although I have visited numerous residences, Belvoir assisted me expeditiously and without difficulty with the necessary documentation. Yesterday marked the move-in of Belvoir team members Keeley Taylor and Jayne Wooding, who completed all paperwork in forty-eight hours. Even though she had other commitments at the time we requested to pick up the key, Jayne was incredibly accommodating, kind, and patient in her responses to all inquiries. The Belvoir team is, without a doubt, the finest in the South End region.

I have had my property managed by Belvoir Lettings for over 15yrs and can honestly say that I have had no complaints. A bit of a weird review as we are no longer with Belvoir, but honestly cannot get over how wonderful Nicola has been in the lead up to us leaving our old place. Our landlord recently decided to sell through a third party estate agent taking us all by surprise. But Nicola went above and beyond for us. Was so helpful negotiating a moving date and looking after us when trying to find a new property. Looked after us as much as she could and nothing was too much trouble. Belvoir! was our seller’s agent. We have been thoroughly impressed with their industry knowledge and friendly manner. They have gone above and beyond by communicating proactively with everyone in the chain to ensure reasonably timed progress towards the exchange. As a landlord ,doing business with Belvoir Basildon has been a Nightmare . I found them inefficient and dishonest. I have changed management six months ago but they are still holding on to the tenents deposit and not releasing it to the new agent, without giving any reason for doing so by the accounts person called Keeley Taylor . Keeley mainly lacks in communicating skill and refuses to communicate with the current agent. I have regretted every minute I have had business with Belvoir Basildon since Keeley joined the agent recently .I would never touch this agent with a barge pole.
