TrustpilotThis team works hard to get the job done
Everyone in this company tries hard to get the job done. Sydney, especially, worked hard and effectively to help us achieve our goals. She had a difficult job with so many unpredictable obstacles and awkward barriers to negotiate. She persevered and got good results.

I had a fantastic experience with Bear Estate Agents' Basildon office. Their customer service was exceptional, consistently attending viewings and promptly relaying feedback. The entire team deserves commendation, with a special shoutout to the young agent that showed us around, what a polite and professional young man! A definite 5-star review! 🤩

FacebookGreat experience with Bear from the first phone call to exchange. Wayne, Frank and Helen have been great and completely changed our minds about estate agents. From the first phone call to the last congratulating us on exchange they have been a great help especially in dealing with some frustrating situations. Bear have sold our property and sold us our new property. Would not hesitate to recommend Bear or go to them in the future if we find ourselves in the same position. Thanks again, Sam & Mike

FacebookI'll try and keep this short but in my opinion if you use anything other than an Internet Agent to sell your home you are certifiably insane! Not only did Bear provide me with a level of service that was head and shoulders above any high street agent that I've dealt with in the past, I saved approximately £3k in fees in the process!! I couldn't have been happier with the whole process from start to finish. Absolute top marks to Bear and I will certainly be using them again for my next move! I can't recommend them highly enough.

FacebookThank you Bear I cannot recommend you all enough from Wayne coming round on day one, to meeting the wonderful professional Maria who sorted our Morgage. Sydney who had to deal with my constant calls and last but by no means least Helen who was totally amazing throughout, always rang me back kept me up to date and kept me sane most days. Thank you all for such a wonderful service and for being a great team. Sally Clark

TrustpilotA well-deserved 5-star review for Bear…
A well-deserved 5-star review for Bear Estate Agents. Their selling fees are great, and their customer service is amazing. The outstanding communication, especially from the Basildon branch, truly stands out. They've gone above and beyond and deserve a raise for their exceptional efforts. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to everyone.

FacebookUnbelievably good. Without the sound advice and the extra mile they went the move would not have happened. Bought and sold through Bear under difficult circumstances and the team helped all the way.

TrustpilotPoor customer service
Poor customer service and very rude. I was trying to sell/let a property through Bear Estate Agents Southend and between them they demonstrated a lack of knowledge of any property related matters on all fronts. Then of course they come up with a myriad of excuses as to why other than the reality that they are incompetent. Use at your peril.

Kyle got us valued and up and on the market within a few hours and the service from the sales progression was amazing with someone at the end of the phone whenever needed and all questions answers as soon as possible! I will 100% be using them again and recommending to all my friends and family. Thank you Bear
