GoogleAppalling service. I was recommended to this company and made an appointment for them to visit our property for a valuation. The appointment was confirmed by e mail, but unfortunately forgotten by their sales team. A subsequent phone call was promised to offer an online valuation. Unfortunately again it was forgotten. A really disappointing service.

GoogleEven though the process was numerous, each of them was for a good course. I was really enthused about the variety of options and how prospective tenant is allowed to make a choice. I would say that the team was always available to help. The level of professionalism is really good coupled with their prompt response to mails. FacebookWe have recently bought a house through DDM. Through out the stress of conveyancing Danny has been of particular support. No matter the time of day Danny was on the other end of the phone whilst we anxiously waited for solicitor replies & worked really hard in keeping all parties communicating well. Thanks to him we will be in our dream home tomorrow with a glass of bubbly!

GoogleIf I could give zero stars I would. Absolute nightmare of a company. Unsure how they have been given five star reviews, friends and family perhaps. They are less than economical with the truth. Rude. Difficult. Unprofessional. Aggressive. Shabby. Kate is particularly poor.
