FacebookKnights sales sold my elderly aunts property in Barry . They couldn't have been more caring and respectful making sure she was aware of each stage of the sale . The agent went above and beyond making sure everything was to her wishes , the property sold very quickly taking into account working around the civic 19 pandemic they were so professional .

GoogleDealt with Knights as a property buyer & could not fault the service at all. Very straight-forward and speedy and although we didn't have much contact throughout the process (it’s mostly solicitors after an offer is agreed) they were professional and informative at every communication.

FacebookQuick enough to take rent/bond/administration fees etc but can't get hold of anyone when you need to and allowed a bad landlord to let a mother and 7 year old have chrismas will no heating/hotwater!! Please ask questions before renting with them, don't get trapped in a bad situation coz they won't be on your side!

We are sorry that you feel you have had a bad experience. We try our best to answer every phone call during office hours, however sometimes we are very busy so clients have to leave an answerphone message so we will call them back, we also have a web team who will answer enquires online out of office hours. In terms of the issue with your heating, we are very sorry it broke down over the festive period last year but we worked our hardest to ensure you were given a brand new boiler as soon as possible, and in the meantime we offered to bring you electric heaters and we sent a plumber to ensure your gas fire and electric shower were working properly. We are sorry you feel this was inadequate but we have tried our hardest to help. If there is anything else we can do for you please don't hesitate to ask.
