GoogleI was very happy with my experience of using Knight to purchase my property. Georgia Farr was my agent and she was extremely professional and courteous throughout. I also dealt with Sarah Francis in terms of progress updates between myself, my solicitor and the sellers. I was told it would take 12 weeks from start to finish and that's exactly what it took. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

GoogleSam was amazing for us throughout our whole selling and buying process. The communication was top notch, advice was spot on and the whole process was super easy. Moving house is obviously far from stress free but Sam made it as close to that as possible. Any issues, any problems, any advice needed and she’d get right back to us! The approach they take makes it feel very very personal and that’s something I love! We see this house as our forever home but if for some reason we ever have to move again then we will be going through Knights 100%!!

GoogleThe Knights team were great to deal with when we were house hunting. Katy was warm, friendly and knowledgeable about the houses and the areas around them. To find out she was fairly new was a big surprise and a credit to Knights. She did an excellent job.

GoogleSamantha, Georgia and Rhianna were professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout our search and eventual purchase of our new house in Barry. Communication was quick and concise even after the deal had been done. They really knew the area and were honest and straightforward from start to finish. If we sell our house in the future we won't hesitate to use them as they also seemed to act in the best interests of the seller.

Cassie kept us fully informed and worked tirelessly to get this over the line and while there were times it seemed impossible, Cassie never gave up and we successfully moved last week thank you Cassie for all your hard work! GoogleSam, Georgia and the team at Knights were brilliant during the process of purchasing a property in January 2023. They responded to queries promptly and were really accommodating with booking the initial and follow-up viewings. I just wish Knights also offered a conveyancing and surveying service as they provided by far the best service out of all of the various services used during the purchasing process!

GoogleExcellent service from Abbie at knights estate agent. Always professional, always on time and always very willing to listen to my concerns. Couldn't have asked for a better estate agent. We had looked at houses across Barry and with other agents, who were unprofessional, rude and unresponsive. Knights navigated a quick sale for us, helping to negotiate a price that worked for us and the seller. When problems arose, Abbie was professional, considerate and listened to all parties. In 12 weeks we secured our dream house with a few bumps but we're all seamlessly smooth out by Abbie. Looking to sell, these guys know their stuff and most of all are honest and caring! GoogleKnights valued and listed my house at £790,000 for our 8 bedroom, 6 bathroom property. However, following an offer, 8 weeks later, they recommend I accept £680,000 without any negotiation whatsoever. And they call themselves Sales Negotiators! As I'm now living 6000 miles away, I did accept he offer, however, I've since discovered Angela Fulgoni, the manager, at Knights, Barry is a long term close friend of the buyer. Since this discovery, I've phoned and emailed Knights on several occasions without reply. Very naughty!
We are sorry you have given us a 1 star review and are disappointed to read your inaccurate and untrue statement. Originally we valued the property at a maximum of £700,000 but you wished to put it on the market at £850,000. We indicated it would be unlikely to achieve anywhere around that figure but met you in the middle and put it on the market at £795,000. It was then reduced to £750,000 as there had been no interest in the property. After another two months we received an offer of £700,000 and advised you that this was a full figure and you would be unlikely to achieve anything higher. The purchaser then had a mortgage valuation which down valued the property at £575,000, however we negotiated with the purchaser and persuaded her to proceed with the purchase at £680,000 - over £95,000 more than the mortgage valuation. Your assertion that Angela Fulgoni knew the purchaser is totally wrong and without foundation. The first time Angela met the purchaser was when she gave her access to the property to measure up, after the sale was agreed. In addition, we have interrogated our office systems and phone records and find no evidence of you having contacted this office without reply.

FacebookMyself and My Husband can not recommend Sam & Her colleagues in Knights enough , we placed our property up for sale just before lockdown, and to be honest with you we thought that was it until the restrictions were lifted , we couldn’t have been more wrong .The team especially Sam updated us from day one , firstly how selling a house during lockdown looks like, through supporting us in making a virtual tour of our house , which was used to bring the property alive to our potential buyer who couldn’t visit the property . Weekly check in chats giving us updates of how the property market was progressing .Plus once physical viewing were permitted , a follow up calls or email was sent to let us know how it went. Working within customer service I recognise Sam’s dedication to her job , she made us feel as if we were the only customers that she was dealing with , her professionalism yet friendliness cannot be trained she is a natural when dealing with her customer . We have now successfully completed our sale of our property and wish to thank the Team at Knights so much 👏👏👏👏👏👏

GoogleDon't know where to start!!. Talks the talk in the beginning...but......... Absolutely abysmal client service!, bad advice on starting asking price for our property, hardly any feedback from viewings at all !, no idea about what potential buyers thought, no selling techniques employed by sales staff, the let people in to look around themselves, and sat down to play with their mobile phone!!. Failed to answer enquiries, very poor maintenance of their online " sales progression" information pages, some staff repeatedly demonstrated very limited knowledge re the property and it's assets, complaints or concerns regarding their methods and services would be met with apathy and rudeness, the worry and the stress caused by this agency was absolutely unbearable!. In the end our house sold itself, Knights took their huge fee, utterly undeserved and we learned a very important lesson;- DO NOT, under ANY circumstances appointment this company to market or sell your house. You have been warned!!!.

GoogleWe went through Knights Estate agents after not having luck with another agents in selling our home. They were a breath of fresh air in the process and managed to secure 3 offers on our property in the space of three weeks all at the price we were hoping - a marked improvement from our previous experience with another agent. Although we decided to not proceed with the sale of our property in the end due to change in circumstances we will be returning to work with Georgia in the future. They were polite and understanding when we needed to stop our sale which was really appreciated and took a lot of stress away. Thank you.
