GoogleExcellent, swift, and professional service from Angharad at Chris Davies. Kept us well updated throughout without being asked. Fast replies to queries. No doubt a huge part of us getting into our new house so quickly (only 9 weeks from offer despite the pandemic and firebreak!) was due to her diligent chasing and hardwork. Diolch yn fawr Angharad.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

FacebookAs useful as a chocolate tea pot! Very rude, unprofessional and disorganised. Don’t waste your time or money. Claire Fenton was rude, has no attention to detail and jumps to conclusions. DO NOT USE Chris Davies estate agent.

GoogleThe team at Barry branch have been amazing during these challenging times. The COVID 19 virus did not deter their efforts in securing the sale of our house. They kept us up to date regularly, kept us calm when times became extremely difficult during lockdown, always with a positive attitude. Would thoroughly recommend them. Well done girls.🤝PositiveProfessionalism
