FacebookWe viewed house with Vicky and she was very knowledgeable about the area we were thinking of moving to. We found our home with Vicky and despite the very long and complicated chain we were part of, she managed to pull it off! Vicky worked tirelessly to get this over the line and while there were times it seemed impossible, Vicky never gave up and we successfully moved last week thank you Vicky for all your hard work and perseverance! We’re very grateful.

FacebookOutstanding service over three years, highly recommended
We’ve worked with Vicky and Andrew at Chris Davies in Rhoose for the past three years through selling and buying, and I have to say they have been exceptional from start to finish. They took the time to truly understand our needs and tailored the service from the start to match.
The communication has been excellent throughout every stage of each process. We were kept informed at all times, with clear explanations and regular updates that made everything feel manageable. Even during the more challenging or contentious moments, they remained calm, professional, and incredibly supportive, offering thoughtful advice that helped us move forward with confidence.
The combination of professionalism, personal attention, and genuine care sets them apart. After such a positive experience, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleAfter a few complications of being in a chain, at no fault of Chris-Davies EA, or myself, contracts were finally exchanged this week. I would recommend using Chris -Davies again, as the service provided by Clair, Maddison, and Sarah were very informative and professional. I was regularly updated via emails or phone calls of any problems I envisaged. I will definitely recommend Chris-Davies E/A, for their professional services regarding property sales.

GoogleHave recently bought a house through Chris Davies. Karen assisted me with putting the offer in and then progress of the sale was supported by Matthew. Both were very professional and made what was a stressful time into a much more easy one. Matthew in particular was quick to respond and extremely helpful when I had a few hiccups with exchanging contracts. I would totally recommend them and IF I were to ever sell again they would be my first choice.

FacebookAndrew and the team at Chris Davies have been incredible with our purchase of our first house!
They welcomed and any questions and answered them the same day. We were kept up to date with absolutely anything and even called out of hours with an update for reassurance. I personally suffered with great anxiety during this process and Andrew greatly helped reduce it.
Our process took a while due to issues on the sellers/vendor side but Chris Davies was on top of everything. I couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you so much to the whole team x

GoogleWe viewed our house back in Feb with Anne. Loved the place and offered straight away. It became a complicated purchase but Anne helped us at every stage. Particularly leading up to completion, Anne was so helpful in keeping us up to date, responding to us quickly on email and phone and chasing up where our solicitors could not. I have no doubt that Anne’s hard work played a huge part in us finally being able to move in. Thank you Anne and also Claire for helping to push this through the final stages!
