GoogleChris Davies Estate Agents Barry office just sold our property, most excellent service throughout, kept us updated with fast, honest feedback from all the viewings, very professional. Claire & Anne went above and beyond what we expected. We had a difficult sale thanks to Covid but they took all the stress out of it. Very refreshing in this day & age. We were very impressed. We highly recommend the Barry office to handle your property sale.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleRecently sold with Chris Davies. Claire was easily the most professional and prompt of the three agents I spoke to but most importantly made me feel like she wanted to sell the house more, not just for the fee. Would answer any questions I had in no time, nothing was ever too much to ask and between her and Anne I couldn't have asked for better agents.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleClaire, and her team, have been nothing but the epitome of patience when dealing with me and the sale of my property. They have responded so well to all of my many requests, and spent much time conducting viewings, in these difficult trading times. I have nothing but the utmost respect for the team and would not use another agent in Barry to buy or sell with. Thank you Claire, Anne and AngharadPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe were recommended Chris Davies by friends in Barry, they said that their professionalism, feedback and customer care was second to none. Our experience proved this to be true. From the valuation, to the sale we were kept fully informed about viewings and given good support and advice. Thanks to Claire and Anne for a very quick turn around. A sale resulting out of a first viewing is more than we could have wished for.

GoogleMany thanks to the Barry team for all their help. From the moment that Claire turned up at the valuation ready to take photos and record details, I knew that this was going to be a professional service. Claire, Anne and Angharad were always quick to respond, efficient, courteous and friendly. Feedback was fast and informative. The whole team often went above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend unreservedly.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleA big thank you to all the team at Chris Davies, who were definitely the best estate agents I have ever used. They are professional and keep in contact with you every step of the way, which is quite unusual as most in my experience ignore you through the whole process until it’s moving day. The move was not a smooth one but you took the pain out of it somewhat. Keep up the good work and don’t change a thing. *Update* Unfortunately they didn’t listen and did change. The friendly staff have gone and they use an app system for communication which is useful but doesn’t always help with communication. Just another average estate agent now.
Agent replied · 21 June 2024
Mr Norris. Your comments are perhaps the best we have ever had and concrete what our company policy is. Communication all the way through to resolution. No sale - no fee, means that we just have to do this in order to receive our fee and not take an ignorant approach and leave it to others. We're pro-active, communicative and approachable. Proper caring people dealing with a very stressful, emotional process. Thank you again.

GoogleChris-Davies managed our inherited property for years through trials, rentals sales and dealing with foreign management. Everyone there made it easy since we live in Canada. Most recently Hannah went out of her way every day for over a year till we finally sold the property. Recommend Hannah without question.
