Between him and Vicky I had a number of viewings and welcomed all the feedback received. This is really disappointing to receive Gavin. The information provided with regards to your application to rent a property (back in January 2023!) was not totally accurate and the landlord then reserved their right not to move forward with your application and the holding deposit is lost as a result and as explained on the form in the first instance.
