You will not Regret using them

My partner and I have both used the services of Oulsnam Bournville in recent months. We have found Lizzie and the rest of the team very helpful, polite and determined to provide the best experience possible. They do answer the phone and they do return calls and they do chase issues to resolution. Not always the case these days I am sorry to say, but I have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective customer. As I said to them in person upon completion of a recent sale ‘well done and thanks to everyone at Oulsnam Bournville!’

Brad from the first minute we spoke, I knew he was going to be our estate agent. He was so helpful all the way through the process of selling our home. Living abroad, Brad managed the property, carrying out checks and additional tasks with no questions asked. He kept us up to date with the process and was always available for questions via a WhatsApp group. The photos of our home published on the internet were outstanding and resulted in a quick sale. Nothing will come close to describing the outstanding service I’ve received throughout the whole experience! As a first time buyer I’m quite clueless about the process but Karen, Rachel, Anna and the whole team have been amazing throughout the whole process! We had a few issues along the way but they’ve always been extremely pleasant, polite, patient and understanding.
