He allowed us to take our time round the property and didn’t put any pressure on us at all, as first time buyers having this experience takes off a load of pressure.

Bought a house that was being sold through Oulsnams. The girls were all fantastic in the office. Patient, kind, empathetic. It wasn't an easy transaction and it got a bit edgy but the staff were wonderful throughout. I would definitely use kings heath oulsnams in the future and thank you.

GoogleIf I could give 6 stars, I would. I have had many dealings with estate agents over many years and have in the past been underwhelmed by the level of service. However, Brad Hansford is an estate agent who has blown that perception out of the window. The service level from day 1 has been fantastic; great communicator, problem solver, personal approach to his customers, high level of understanding his customer.... And the selling and buying was managed professionally, although we had some delays that Brad couldn't have foreseen. If only the house buying / conveyancing process in the UK would be improved!! So many thanks.

I recently moved to England and wanted to rent a house. I read reviews of real estate companies and found that Oulsnam had very positive reviews, so I decided to choose them. Unfortunately, all my interactions with them have been very disappointing and frustrating. The first time, they forgot to respond to my inquiries twice. The second time, they gave me an appointment, but when I went to the appointment, I didn't find anyone there, not even the residents. I had to wait 45 minutes. I called them and sent them an email, and each time they replied that the visit took place as scheduled. I don't know how this is possible. I even sent them photos of the street and the house to prove that I was at the correct place and time. I honestly don't know why they treated me this way. It's so frustrating.
