Just a few adjectives to describe the service provided by Shelbi, Karen and the Team at Oulsnams. A pleasure to deal with and cannot recommend them enough. Ouslamns has also sold our property and I'm so glad we've changed to them after a year on the market they were excellent as sellers and buyers.

Emma and Amy always communicated with me when there were any updates from my buyers solicitor. All the team were very efficient, polite and very professional.

Bromsgrove Oulsnams sold a deceased estate property. I have used them previously and once again they exceeded expectations with professionalism, courtesy, approachability and expertise. It is good to see the staff there do not keep changing so other than the addition of an administrator it was the same team as two years ago.

As first time buyers we were worried that buying our first home would be daunting but from our first viewing Shelbi guided us through the entire process and kept us updated throughout. She also happily answered any and all questions we had (which was a lot from me!). We really felt looked after and cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you!

The staff throughout the process here were great, Michelle, Georgie and Alison all helped us with what became a difficult sale with our upward chain causing delays. They helped with getting communication with solicitors and were always on the end of the phone if needed for reassurance or guidance. Very pleased with the experience with them and everything they did for us. Would recommend.
