Excellent right from the start with Tom's valuation visit back in March, through to completion of our sale in September. It has been quite a journey with many ups and downs for us, but the Bromsgrove team, and Pete in particular, have been there for us, giving valuable advice and support throughout, for both sale and purchase. Always a friendly response to calls and a lovely welcome on our frequent visits to the easily accessible Bromsgrove office. Robert Oulsnam in Moseley has acted for me in the sale of two properties over the last 11 years. James and Lisa dealt with the sales and I cannot praise them enough. They are both consistently professional, friendly and empathetic. The latest sale was particularly difficult and took a very long time to go through. The experience could have been even worse if it hadn't been for Lisa who was so proactive on my behalf, and I much appreciated that she always did her best to keep me informed of progress. My property manager, Shania Benton, has been absolutely great for the majority now of being the tenant of a rental with Oulsnam. I've been here for ten years now, and they have always been good, but Shania especially balances professionalism with being friendly really well, and seems to actually care about the tenant as a person, as well as the property as an asset for the landlord.
