It was my first house viewing and I was there on my own, so I was a little nervous going in, but Sadie immediately put me at ease. She was so warm and welcoming, took her time answering all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or out of my depth. We had a viewing with Sadie, from the Bromsgrove team, on the hottest day of the year and felt moved to write a review, as all 5 of us thought she did an incredible job. We arrived early but, instead of waiting outside, Sadie arranged for us to view the gardens first, whilst another couple finished viewing the house. As we moved inside, she had both appointments running alongside each other, somehow managing to answer all of our questions, keep the vendors happy and entertaining our 3 children, who were making it difficult for us to see everything! It was incredibly hot, but she worked so hard to make it a good experience for us, remaining enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable throughout. All of the children left saying how lovely she was, and it takes a lot to win them over! I would also like to mention Karen who, despite our last viewing with her being some time ago, remembered all of our requirements, our family details and always takes her time with us. We've never felt rushed. We've been looking for a house since the beginning of the year, so have met with many agents. But Oulsnam stands out and we do so hope to be able to buy with you.

I can't praise Oulsnam's Bournville office, and especially Lissie, highly enough! Throughout my house sale Lissie was helpful, friendly, efficient and communicative. She explained things clearly, kept in touch and always followed through promptly on things she said she'd do. Other estate agents in the area (kings norton/kings heath Birmingham) had let us down on more than one occasion. They seemed more interested in profit then providing a good experience for the buyer. This is not the case with Robert Oulsnam Kings heath who were fair and helpful from the off. As parents of a disabled child, finding a property that was safe and met their needs was our top priority. The staff at this branch never applied pressure to put in an offer on properties which wouldn't serve our needs and instead worked hard to find us the best property for our family. They guided us at all times, reassuring us that the right one was just around the corner. It was. We are now happy in our home and the experience was made all the more pleasant by working with a team who genuinely cared about the client and didn't apply any underhanded techniques to ensure a sale. GoogleI’m not sure how they’ve had my review removed concerning 10 swan street. I lived there for 18 months, the bedroom ceiling was thick with black, dripping wet mould. I left the house to which they kept my deposit despite the circumstances they had me living in. I can now see its up for sale with pictures showing they’ve attempted to paint over the mould which you can still see. Jackie had a terrible attitude and any issues with the property they werent interested in.
We are sorry to read that you feel dissatisfied with your experience. We take all reports of maintenance concerns seriously and always aim to work with tenants and landlords to resolve issues raised during a tenancy. As a regulated agency, we are unable to discuss specific details relating to deposits or tenancy matters publicly. However, deposit deductions are handled in accordance with the tenancy agreement and, where applicable, through the relevant tenancy deposit protection scheme procedures. We also strongly dispute the suggestion that concerns raised were ignored. Records show communication was maintained throughout the tenancy and appropriate actions were taken where issues were reported to us. We appreciate all feedback and are sorry that you remain unhappy with your experience.

When our agreed sale fell through, Oulsnams were so helpful and helped us to find a new buyer. Even though the failure doubled their workload and they had to spend twice as long to sell our house as we expected, they didn't charge any extra.
