GoogleBrad was so helpful throughout the purchase of our new house. He responded to queries immediately and using WhatsApp meant we could keep in touch easily. Nothing was too much trouble and he was amazing at chasing up solicitors and other agents in the chain. We would definitely go to him if we wanted to put our property on the market in the future. GoogleAwful money grabbers Do not use these people to rent They will try and keep your deposit for no good reason. I left the house in a perfectly good condition (confirmed by the landlord) The review they left of the house was awful made out I’d left it in a tip. Also want to charge me a days rent for handing the keys back early when my tenancy ended on Easter Sunday so there was no way I could give the keys back. Even after I gave 6 weeks notice instead of 4. They were closed on the Sunday as it was a bank holiday and subsequently would have been closed on the Monday too. Awful awful people avoid at all costs!!!!!

With regard to the deposit, all deductions proposed are based on the independent check-out report and supporting evidence, including photographs and the inventory prepared at the start of the tenancy. These reports are carried out by third-party clerks to ensure impartiality. Where there is any disagreement, the matter can be referred to the relevant tenancy deposit scheme for independent adjudication, which we fully support. In relation to the condition of the property, we note your comments; however, our assessment must rely on the documented inventory and check-out process rather than informal confirmation. This ensures consistency and fairness to all parties. Regarding the return of keys, tenancy agreements require that keys are returned on or before the last day of the tenancy. Where this falls on a non-working day, tenants are expected to make prior arrangements with the office to facilitate return of the keys or use our post-box if the office is closed. In the absence of such arrangements, charges may apply in line with the terms of the tenancy agreement. These charges are not intended to be punitive but reflect continued possession and associated costs. We also acknowledge that you provided more than the minimum required notice, which we appreciate. However, notice periods and end-of-tenancy procedures are separate matters and are applied in accordance with the tenancy agreement. We are committed to acting fairly and transparently at all times and always take clients instruction.

I’ve had a number of viewings for properties arranged by Angela, and conducted by Dawn. I can’t fault Dawns knowledge and professionalism. She will find out the answers to my questions, and nothing ever feels too much (like accommodating extra viewings or late viewings) Angela is always quick at responding, willing to help and has contacted me about properties coming to the market she knows I will like. I’ve had a really positive experience with this letting agency throughout my tenancy. The team has been professional, responsive, and easy to deal with, which made the whole process, from moving in to any ongoing queries, smooth and stress-free. A special mention goes to Shania, who has been exceptional from start to finish. She has always been attentive, approachable, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I’ve had. Her communication is consistently clear and to the point, and she genuinely goes the extra mile to ensure everything is handled efficiently. It’s reassuring to know there’s someone reliable looking after things, and it’s made a big difference to my overall experience. I would definitely recommend this agency, and Shania in particular, for their professionalism and excellent customer service.

I’ve been renting from Robert oulsnams and company for 5 years all in all. In my first flat then when I wanted to move to somewhere bigger they made the process simple and easy. Since being In my house Shania Benton has made it effortless any problem I have had she’s sorted them quickly and is always responding to emails and phone calls quickly i always get a reply on the same day if I email. Whenever I’ve had an issue or problem she’s been there to sort it out and I’ve never not felt like I can not contact her. When I’ve needed stuff amending or some help she’s always been there to sort it out. If I ever wanted to move I would stay with Shania snd her company but right now I’m more than happy in my property

Realistic pricing saw the sale of our house at asking price within a week of it going on the market. Oulsnam’s fees were inclusive, transparent and competitive. The team, led by Shelbi, was accessible, professional and friendly. The sale took some time to complete, not Oulsnam’s fault, and Shelbi was tenacious in her chasing and keeping us and our buyers updated.

GoogleOulsnam Barnt Green did an excellent job selling my mother's house in probate. An early offer fell through when the probate process took longer than we had hoped and Shelbi and her colleagues got straight back onto it and found another buyer quickly. They clearly know their market extremely well and knew when to push us and when to tell us to hold our nerve. Oulsnam have now sold my family two houses (in 1978 and 2021) and then sold them both for us (in 2021 and 2024) - a great job done!

GoogleAvoid this estate agent They list property even if its not ready to move in. Landlords try to contact you directly. Non professional /serious behaviour by the agents. They don't care about what you upto just want to make money legally or illegally. They tried to keep my holding deposit. Tried to charge me the money for references. When i complained PRS they gave me my money back. Clearly shows how they are doing business. Bussiness is all about customers they need to learn that. AVOID THEM OR BE READY FOR ANY SITUATION
