What should have been an easy turn around has turned into an absolute headache as a result of an incompetent solicitor at the buyers end and a disorganised property developer at the vendors. If you are looking for an Estate Agent in Ivybridge I strongly recommend Mr Jon Curtis-Hawker, and his team, at this branch of GTH. Not only did he find a buyer for my parents house almost immediately but because of all the sad circumstances involved for me personally and bearing in mind that I lived hundreds of miles away he went above and beyond in taking care to make sure the house was looked after as it was empty and that the sale proceeded smoothly.

GoogleSuch a good experience with GTH when purchasing our house, the whole team were great! They could not have been more helpful and kept us fully informed throughout the process. Really quick to respond to any queries we had and always really positive and willing to help (even finding us a plumber to fix a leak, and a carpet cleaner before we'd completed!). I honestly don’t know who uses GTH or why! Tried 3 times now over several months to book a valuation with them. Their online booking form for this is beyond pointless as they never have what they state available! Can’t even get them to value your property how are they going to get people to view it! Truly ridiculous.

There are some changes being implemented, however, we do receive multiple valuation forms each day and state on the form, and subsequent email to clients, that the time/date is a preference only and that our agents will confirm a mutually convenient time.
