GoogleHOTEL SANTANA, QAWRA MALTA. Lovely clean hotel and excellent staff. As a very light sleeper, I requested a 'quiet top floor ( no noise from above! ) room, at 'the back' - unfortunately this was opposite the service lift, and at the side of the guest lift, and 'marble' stair case up to the 6 th floor rooms at the front and side, one of the sun decks, and the roof top pool, so on a very busy through route, and lots of noise from very early 'till after midnight. After very 4 nights of little or no sleep ( I did my best each night, before it caught up with me! - I mentioned it to reception, on our way out to visit our Maltese friends, that the 'quiet room' was the opposite, for future reference to other quests. I washed unexpectedly told I could move rooms, at 2 pm - if we could vacate the current room immediately - as I mentioned, we had arranged to be picked up by our Friends in 15 minutes, but after a short delay, we were told we could view the new room now, and it would be made available straight away. We agreed to this and in 15 minutes we had packed and vacated the 5th floor room, and put our cases in the new 2 nd floor room! In time to meet our friends! Although the new room was only on the second floor, and facing the main road, it was next to the end of the corridor ( so no people passing), and the road was very quiet after around midnight - so 3 great nights sleep followed - fantastic customer service . We are regular visitors to Malta to visit our Maltese friends in Mgarr, and Melliha, and after try various hotels in the past, we were looking for a centrally based hotel we could use on every visit ( the Santana fits this criteria, also being a 5 minutes walk to the bus station - with busses to all over Malta, and even the ferry to Gozo! All-in-all ( after a misunderstanding of their ' quiet rooms' ( which was professionally and promptly rectified after I had made the problem known to them) the Santana and it's staff are highly recommended, and we will indeed use it a again,- probably on every visit to Malta - once or twice a year, every other year - ( and hopefully it's outdoor pool later in the season, ( the indoor pool near the dining room was nice and warm in April ( and the food was excellent in every respect too! Well Done the Santana Staff 👍☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

The house I liked was sold within a few days. However I contacted Whitegates and asked if anything went wrong could they please let me know. Sure enough a few months later the sale had fallen through and they contacted me to see if I was interested. They verified that I had an offer on my property and that everything was in order and arranged a viewing immediately. I was very impressed

Great agency with great people. I am renting through them and all I can say is that they’re very good, very responsive and professional at what they do. Whenever I had issues they send within days someone to repair anything needed to be done, so they are very very helpful. Only positive words about Graham and Rachel who we dealt with the most of the time and we are very grateful to them as nowadays some of letting agencies don’t really care about your house problems. But as I said, the people from Whitegates in Barnsley are very helpful ☺️

My house had a sold sign on it within a week of Whitegates advertising it for me. It sold to the first people to look round it. This is the second time I have used Whitegates to advertise and tenant find a rental property. They are extremely knowledgeable regarding market rates and the rental market as a whole. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with both Graham and Rachel and nothing was too much trouble for either of them. Exceptional customer service, kept me informed every step of the way and due to my work commitments would always clearly follow up phone calls with emails so I could easily read and digest information at a time convenient to me.

Absolutely 5 start service from the moment I walked into the door to the sale. Why? Because they viewed the property the day after I gave them the keys, they responded the same day to all emails and phone calls. The brochure and video were the best they could be. I believe Whitegates are the reason I got a buyer so quickly. Before I chose Whitegates I called into 4 other mainstream agents, each were given the keys to view the property and none of these provided this standard of service to me.

Whitegates provided a great service from start to finish, especially during difficult times as the sale of my house started just after the lock down restrictions started to ease. After having a range of valuations carried out, we chose whitegates as they carried out a fair valuation of the property. The package they offered was also of great value. They were also willing to discuss with me my ideas/concerns etc. From putting the house on the market they communicated well and kept me in the loop. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were always friendly and approachable.I would certainly recommend whitegates.

From the initial valuation to completion of sale, the team at Whitegates have provided my elderly mother-in-law with an excellent service. All of the team have been very friendly, professional and efficient. Their response times were quick and we were kept up to date throughout. Steve, who valued the property, also carried out the viewings with my mother-in-law and was extremely helpful and kind to her throughout. She really appreciated his support.
