Whitegates provided a great service from start to finish, especially during difficult times as the sale of my house started just after the lock down restrictions started to ease. After having a range of valuations carried out, we chose whitegates as they carried out a fair valuation of the property. The package they offered was also of great value. They were also willing to discuss with me my ideas/concerns etc. From putting the house on the market they communicated well and kept me in the loop. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were always friendly and approachable.I would certainly recommend whitegates.

From the initial valuation to completion of sale, the team at Whitegates have provided my elderly mother-in-law with an excellent service. All of the team have been very friendly, professional and efficient. Their response times were quick and we were kept up to date throughout. Steve, who valued the property, also carried out the viewings with my mother-in-law and was extremely helpful and kind to her throughout. She really appreciated his support. The team also gave prompt feedback after each viewing. I will certainly be recommending Whitegates and will also be sure to use their services in the future should the need arise.

Very happy with the service we recieved from Whitegates from the beginning to end. The valuation was realistic, we had plenty of viewings. Everyone was very friendly and professional, Debbie in the office kept me up to date on a regular basis, nothing was too much trouble. The charges were very competative.
