A truly positive experience

I approached Martyn Gerrard to view a property I'd seen on their website and was helped by the incredibly professional, knowledgeable and wise Fiona Murphy-Archetti. This began a journey which, as is often the way with property purchasing, was lengthy and unfamiliar to me, having not moved for twenty five years. Throughout, Fiona guided and advised me with expertise, patience and incredible kindness - it was extremely reassuring to be able to trust the integrity of the information I was being given and I couldn't recommend the experience that I received with Fiona more highly - thank you very much indeed.

The team at Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents have been great with special mention to Suraj and Lee, as their consistent back and forth calls, information and updates made my first time rental easier, with all relevant info relayed so I understood the workings of the market as a foreigner in UK. As a result to the renters rights bill, the process of letting and renting has become even more uncertain and leaves room for misinterpretations.
