The managing property agent asked to put a review on google and I did. At the beginning they were fast and professional yet and the end we still not having our deposit back now it is 3month now. We put the offer half of what landlady asked. As according TDS services with regards replacing carpet which we do not need to pay full cost of it. Unprofessional at the end of the tenancy.

Googleif you want your deposit to be taken and never return to you look no futher than martyn gerrard.. called martyn gerrard more than 10 times for getting my deposit back everytime they told me they will pass my message to manager and he will call me back which he never did. and anytime i asked them if is there any form i need to fill they said no because its already been an inventory check out.. so they clearly robbed us more than 2000 pounds..

GoogleIf only it were possible to leave 0/5 stars. I've never received such utterly abysmal service in my life! They refused to deal with our complaints about a neighbour knocking down a fence into our garden, then proceeded to charge US for the clean up when we moved out the next month. When talking to head office they could not have acted more incompetently if they tried. Weeks between each e-mail, no issues resolved and, when we took them to TDS to contest a charge we then found we'd been charged an additional £150 with no notification - which was then approved by TDS! Do NOT use these estate agents as they are not below asking you to do house viewing because "they cannot get an agent there themselves", do not give 24 hrs notice for viewings, ignore your e-mails and rob you blind. Totally shambolic from start to finish, avoid them like the plague.

I wouldn't bother, the tenancy management is very poor. No secure letter boxes, dangerous fire risk materials left all over the communal areas of the block.......etc, etc etc

It is a nightmare dealing with them. I have chased them many times for the deposit and they just ignore my phone calls preventing me of getting the money. They see the phone number, don't hang up and when i call them from a different mobile number they were magically on the call! They are not helpful, they do not serve the customers and are not reliable. Also, the management is very poor.

We agreed a commission rate with the agent but when the contract came through they had added VAT to the figure which is against consumer protection laws.When we complained they corrected this but then changed the contract term without informing us of the change.My advice is be very careful of this company as you can't trust they are acting fairly.
