TrustpilotGreat service from Erhan
Erhan provided a really great service to us and we are very grateful. He was diligent, made himself available for our calls and questions and was always exceptionally friendly, polite and enthusiastic. He went out of his way to ensure that we were prepared as possible for move-in day, allowing us to come and take measurements of the space.

TrustpilotI have been trying to find a property…
I have been trying to find a property for the past months and the Martyn Gerrard Estates Agency, more specifically Kevin, was the first one that really tried to help me. He has been very helpful in showing me different properties and his communication is great, always making sure my needs were met. Would 100% recommend, great experience!

GoogleAndrew and Sergio were nice. Unfortunately they lied. The apartment was not properly cleaned upon move in, nor were all appliances functioning (as promised).

TrustpilotTenant left after one month and drop…
Tenant left after one month and dropped the keys in the office and said sue me for the rent. The deposit insurance policy which Martyn Gerrard confirmed as being inadequate, did not pay out anything and I am left with Martyn Gerrard demanding two years worth of commission for rental that lasted just four weeks. £5000aporx This is fact therefore not libel.

TrustpilotDaniel Harris is the best agent in the area!
I viewed a number of properties with Daniel Harris - he was by far one of the most professional agents I have worked with and a complete and utter pleasure. Honest, knowledgable and knew exactly what I was after. Unfortunately, the property I had an offer on was let to someone else, but I couldn’t recommend anyone highly enough!
