GoogleProbably the worse service you will receive from an estate agency in North Finchley. Worse, if you complaint about the lack of support the manager will be extremely rude to you. Please avoid at all cost, your house/flat won't sell or it will take forever with this agency.

GoogleWe have bought and sold through MG North finchley twice now over 5 years. We''ve chosen them because they've always been able to show us the homes we like (they listened to our needs rather than just showing you anything within the price range), they've also managed our sale professionally and efficiently (managing risks throughout the chain rather than just the part that concerns them). Our experience with the North Finchley office is that Craig, Jess and Kyri are an open, transparent, helpful and efficient team (no BS). They helped us sell our house during a tricky time in the market and also find a great new home which I know we'll be happy in for many years to come.

GoogleA fantastic service from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable about the market with seriously good advice - sold the house within a matter of days! They were quietly efficient - nothing a hassle and no hassling! Kept us in the loop throughout. Everyone on the team - in front and behind the scenes at all levels - were a pleasure to deal with. Made what is always expected to be an anxious time very smooth and efficient. Thank goodness we chose them! If we ever move again we will definitely use them.

We were looked after when moving in, but nothing of the sort when moving out. PPE was not properly worn to viewings, no gloves, masks under the nose etc. I had to bring PPE up at the start to even be reassured that it would be worn. They didn't communicate in the preferred method although I told them multiple times. They didn't respond efficiently to emails. They sent an email explaining I had to pay a check out fee, which is now illegal, when I queried it they removed it. They didn't even confirm when a new tenant was found to allow us to be put at ease. Luckily I had a great landlord who I could work with for the most part instead. I would have been stuffed if they managed the property.

Truly terrible experience, they pay for good reviews on google and I regret not checking reviews before signing up with them. Leaving the property was a nightmare, they were trying to make me sign a new contract for more money in the middle of the pandemic with no remorse of the difficult situation.Left them but now are trying to get money from me for damages that were in the property BEFORE my tenancy started, all things they didn't include in the inventory. I wasn't present at the check-out because they asked me to give the keys back 1 day before and I had already moved so agreed without suspecting they would take advantage of me not being at the check-out inventory. I actually improved the state of the flat as the way it was given to me was utterly disgusting, the pictures taken for the inventory are really poor quality so you can hardly see so I have no way to prove those damages where there before my tenancy started.I do not recommend you sign up with this agency!

Recently moved into a property let through and managed by Martyn Gerrard as the landlady lives abroad. The initial estate agent took forever to get back to us about anything but we loved the flat so we didn't mind that much. On move day we found the proper dirty and dusty, with black mold growing all over the freezer and grease in the oven so thick that it smoked when turned on. When we complained they said that in the contract the flat is to be 'cleaned to a domestic standard with omissions' and these issues all fell under omissions. We also have a week later still not received two sets of keys. Look forward to the nightmare of leaving the property by the look of the reviews. Would recommend all landlords to avoid the estate agent as tenants will have an awful time.
