Excellent service from start to finish. Met with Scott, Shuhan and Jatin, who were all extremely professional and took the time to value our home without any pressure.Jatin in particular worked really hard throughout the whole process. He always responded to queries promptly and kept on top of a really long chain. Would recommend the Finchley branch strongly. Thanks again.

All three on the sales side have been great. Bruvis, Jamie and Alex have been very responsive and excellent at keep me up to date with the purchase process and situation. I also feel they list their houses at a fair price and support both sell and buy side equally. It's been a very smooth experience so far and I would recommend them.

This is the worst agency in Finchley. They are very good to find some bad property and rent with very highest price. only to cheat and lie to tenants. When the tenant lives in the property and finds the problem of the property. They just disappear and leave the tenant alone. So does the disgusting landlord. They are more like a group of fishing agency.

Martyn Gerrard is probably the worst Estate Agent you will ever come across. My partner and I have been trying to resolve issues with them for the past 6 months and have found their main approach to business is to ignore you while charging you for their very poor service. Feel free to go with this company but beware. I would give them 0 stars. Even letters to their MD and Directors are ignored. We will update this on a weekly basis.
