Kevin, my relationship manager from Martyn Gerrard understood my requirement and the kind of tenants, I was looking for. The lease with the previous tenant was coming to an end and Kevin started looking for new tenants at higher rent, well in advance. Kevin proactively worked on this assignment and we finalized the new tenant, quickly on a favorable terms. YellLaser Hair Removal
I had a total of 6 laser hair removal appointments paid and booked for. For the first 4 visits to the Barnet Salon, I experienced a lot of pain as the clinician did not put any gel on my face, and I was only there for about 5 minutes (each session should be about 15 minutes). All the dark hair returned back too. For my fifth session, I had Tamara who was visiting from the Mill Hill branch. I did not experience any pain at all and for the few weeks after the session, the hair was just literally falling out! I have now transferred to the Mill Hill branch and cannot recommend Tamara enough!

Brilliant and professional service, sold in no time.Declan was assigned to our property and did a great job from start to finish. He really looked out for us as sellers, and was very fair and reasonable throughout. We sold our property before we knew it and even ended up buying through another branch of Martyn Gerrard. Rented a property through this estate agent this year in February and it is the worst experience I have every had. The agents took zero responsibility for the state the property was handed over to us in, which was a terrible one, and washed their hands of us immediately as they were not the managing agent. Understandable that they are not the managing agent however this was not an issue some time into the tenancy agreement it was an issue, or rather several, with the condition the property was handed to us in. There was rubbish and leftover belongings throughout the whole property, no working kitchen lights, no working shower, no access to our balcony, no working smoke detector, work that was promised to be done wasn't, professional clean hadn't been done (also promised) and we had no mattress provided, a clause that had been written into our contract. when contacted, we were lied to by the agent Steffi Kampoli, she told us the Landlord was on his was over with a mattress, turns out he wasn't even in the country. A company and it's employees with zero morals and zero shame.

Had a great viewing last weekend with Shuhan Ali at Martyn Gerrard. Shuhan was super kind and helpful, showing us every aspect of the property, explaining all the details, and even had all the extra info handy, such as exact service costs, ground rents, as well details on the leasehold agreement re: extensions, etc. He even had helpful suggestions on how the some aspects of the interior could be tweaked to suit our specific needs and concerns. He's also been great at following up and sharing new ideas. Overall, great experience, and highly recommended!

I have had a tenancy for 8 years straight with MG. I must express that over all the years with MG and experiences with other agencies I have never come across an agent that has put so much effort and time to a tenant. I want to say a massive thank you to Fatmir, who has helped in so many ways and gone above and beyond to assure my requests and managing my end of tenancy. MG never let Fatmir go! Very rare to find someone who has passion and quality services that can deliver and provide quality experiences, especially for tenants. Most off all agencies and staff put all the effort into landlords, and even though my 8 year of tenancy has ended, the process and service I got from Fatmir was as if I was to continue my tenancy and wasn’t treated as one of many. Time was spent and process on delivery was met.

They have always been fair and honest but I must particularly give credit to Sales Negotiator Treon Johnson who breaks the stereotype of Estate Agents past. Treon is honest and trustworthy, always putting the client first and for this I thank him personally for exceptional phone manner and kindness.

Gintare Pauliunaite was very helpful, she was flexible on when she was available to answer my questions and I didn't feel like I was having to chase her for responses. After an initial viewing at a property that wasn't a good fit for me she listened closely to my wants and when a property showed up she let me know and it was perfect for me. Location, size and price were all as I wanted. I feel she gave me a great service.

Scamming company with questionable practices, including initiating repair work without obtaining our prior agreement or consent. What's truly unsettling is that these repairs should have been covered by insurance, a fact confirmed by insurance company. MG unilaterally hired contractors, subsequently sending us the bills. To make matters worse, our repeated requests for invoices detailing the work completed have gone unanswered. Request for severer roof leak has been dragged on and on, still no update or action after numerous emails and calls in 1.5 months. It's deeply troubling that Martyn Gerrard continues these practices, seemingly with little regard for ethical or legal standards. Unfortunately, it appears that the only viable course of action to halt these practices and protect our rights is to consider pursuing legal measures.Edit: Message to the review managing person:It might seem more responsible to do a proper investigation first before accusing your customer's complaint being inaccurate. Based on the experience with the person I interacted with, it's consistent pattern that no evidence provided for statements or allegations. Thought it is an individual case, now look at the response from the review management team, it seems like more than a individual behaviour.
We are really sorry that you have had these problems. Your complaint refers to the Block Management Team rather than the Lettings Property Management Department. We are investigating the claims you have made. Although we believe there are some inaccuracies, there are obviously issues we need to investigate and resolve. We will be in direct contact with you as soon as possible.

Gintare Pauliunaite was a pleasure to work with when she took on the letting of my flat. She shared with me every step taken and always responded to my calls efficiently and as soon as it was possible. She is a top professional and respected all the points and conditions we discussed before she introduced the tenants that now occupy the flat. It was challenging as they were renting from abroad and could only visit the property on a video she provided to them. She managed to get all the moves right. The now tenants are very happy with their choice. I am very happy too. I must and want to add that whatever the nature of the queries or problems, beyond especially finding suitable tenants for me, Gintare Pauliunaite has been helpful. She is certainly a top asset to Martyn Gerrard. Thank you Gintare.

GoogleMartyn Gerrard is still holding my deposit 3 months after I have moved out. I am a single mum and with the current cost of living I can not afford not to get my deposit back. Martyn Gerrard are not responding correctly to my emails and constantly fobbing me off. This is not acceptable
