Flat Rental

We recently contacted Martyn Gerrard to rent a flat. Kevin was very pleasant and got us in promptly as we needed something imminently! We were all done and dusted in just over a week. He was very efficient and you could always get hold of him. In fact the whole team seemed very friendly it was a relief compared with other estate agents in the area. Refreshingly different

Can't say I've had particularly good experience with estate agents in the past. Gintare was refreshingly helpful and found us the ideal place. We went to view a place that wasn't really what we were looking for. A day later I received a call from Gin, letting us know about a property that was just about to go on the market and she'd like us to view it first. A month later we'd got the keys and are happily settled in our new place. I'd very much recommend MG for any prospective renters. I'm already considering buying through the agents as I was so happy with the rental process. Thanks again Gin.

Extremely poor experience with Martyn Gerrard. The property had a failed EICR, which is a serious electrical safety issue, yet it didn’t feel like it was treated with the urgency it deserved. On top of that, there were ongoing mould problems that were not properly addressed.

I had been searching for a new property…

I had been searching for a new property for over two years now trying to juggle getting a buy to let so that I could upsize from my one double bed and one single bedroom flat for my daughter and me. After about 3 years of looking, I finally found somewhere in the right location and on budget. I had to sell my property in order to buy the new one. Having developed a relationship over time with many estate agents, I chose Martyn Gerrard. They gave me a fair valuation. I had got a very low valuation from one popular estate agent, so was very happy with their valuation. With a very good database of perspective buyers and a steady stream of viewings, it took about 3 weeks for my property to sell. They have a very personal touch and I was able to have many in-depth discussions. They were also very good with our pet cat Bucky during viewings. I would definitely recommend them Martin and Mark were my main contacts and I really appreciated how our relationship evolved over time, there was no pressure and my requirements were met at every stage!
