They don't listen to your brief and their tone is rude. Constant spamming with properties outside the criteria, and then they send you one thing that fits, only to tell you very rudely that they don't consider you as a serious buyer. Raj is particularly awful. It's fine to say "x and y stage might take you a few months, so we'll find some sellers for that timeline, but this particular property owner needs to sell faster" - but not just dismiss you out of hand with "I'll call you back in six months". Will not be using them!

Jatin and Zlat were excellent. They were proactive, diligent, responsive and focussed. They knew what type of buyer would be attracted to our property and focussed attention on those. They gathered interest from all surrounding MG branches, organising numerous viewings in the first two weeks.They successfully helped us negotiate a great deal with our eventual buyers, attaining an agreed price above the initial valuation.Great work. Martyn Gerard handled the selling of property 19 The Glade in Winhcmore hill , which was marketed as 3 bedroom property. We made our offer and agreed on the price , after agreement we made a survey which we paid £895 just to find out property is 2 bedroom and loft extension is not in the lease/deed. Few times we have been told owner will add it to the deed and we have lost 5 months dealing with the property and losing money. While we were negotiating , we saw property was put back on the market as 2 bedroom with a lower price , which is now reduced even more.

This review is for Paige Ford specifically and also the MG team that supported her. Paige is an incredibly responsive, helpful, genuine and supportive agent! From the time she has been an agent for my flat, she has been extremely quick to act and resolve any and all issues I have had. Today, she went above and beyond. I had left an important visa document in my flat and was stuck in a different country. Even though Paige didn’t have to do this, she went out of her way to get a locksmith she procured to access my flat, retrieve the document, leave it in the safe hands of my neighbour to be couriered back to me. She took significant time out of her busy schedule to do this favour which is certainly beyond her role. It is because of her that I’m now able to travel back to the UK after a horribly stressful time. You definitely will not meet a better person or agent than Paige! Very grateful for the help and support I received from her and the MG team.

We had a great experience with Antony, who showed us around a few properties. He was very friendly yet professional; we felt we could ask him as many questions as possible without feeling rushed. He gave us enough time to look at all the rooms and kept the conversation flowing to build a great rapport.
