GoogleVery unprofessional very childish not got a clue what they are doing I would recommend avoiding them at all costs . No team Communication . Do not pay there contractors due to incompetence in the office. Since posting this review i have been contacted by Hamilton Chase and told i would be paid if i took my review down not sure if this is blackmail or a threat and do they do this with all bad reviews.How many people say ok and take them down . Very unprofessional.

Google31/03/2020: We required a home at short notice and HC worked incredibly fast for us, of which I am thankful. We looked at a couple of properties with Danny and settled on one we liked. Honest with the viewings, properties and didn't feel rushed. Beverley answered many, many questions, arranged everything to be put in place from references, contracts, signing and being given keys in the space of 10 days. Quite a feat and a huge relief given the current circumstances. Several agencies were contacted finding a home and I am pleased HC were one of the few that chose to contact us. Recommended. *****

Over the years I have used other agents for various moves but I can honestly say that Hamilton Chase have come out tops. Kevin Peters who dealt with my sale this time worked his socks off to secure a buyer which led to a sale and completion. They are highly professional in their dealings and are always at the end of the phone should you have any queries. Once again I highly recommend Hamilton Chase.

GoogleI have dealt with many Estate agents in London and have usually been disappointed with unprofessional practises and approaches. However with Hamilton Chase I have had the most positive and professional experience which has prompted me to leave a review. They helped me sell a property that was slightly unloved and not receiving much attention from buyers initially. Although I did not follow all their advice (due to budgetary constraints) they proactively marketed the property with enthusiasm until finding a buyer who was ready to move speedily and facilitated the whole process for both sides of the transaction through to completion. I received regular updates from Julie Osborne and Chris Dedman, and throughout the process it was a complete pleasure to deal with them both. I highly recommend them for all property matters in North London and hope they will open a Hertfordshire office soon as then we could do business again!

I, as a new landlord, had no experience and HC took me by the hand and led me through the process every step of the way, which was wonderful for me, every t was crossed and i was dotted, all checks and verifications done professionally and no detail left undone. Beverley, Louise and Soraya particularly were super helpful in every way and were happy to answer any question to assist and reassure. I now have wonderful tenants who are perfect for me and my property and I truthfully am a totally satisfied customer who will not hesitate to use or recommend Hamilton Chase Estate Agents.

GoogleJulie and Hamilton Chase were recommended to me by a colleague at work to sell my property. Estate Agents, like solicitors, can often be mediocre and just "do their job" but Julie really did go the extra mile and well beyond her call of duty. She got me a fair price which resulted in many viewings and after that liaised between buyers and solicitors and always kept me promptly updated. She was proactive and worked away in the background without me having to instruct or chase. She understood my frustrations and did her utmost to get both buyer's and vendor's solicitors moving and prompting the buyers. But above all she is a very approachable and friendly person and one with whom it was a great pleasure to work. She has certainly raised the profile of Hamilton Chase!

GoogleMy wife and I used Hamilton Chase to sell our flat, and chose them because they convinced us more than other agents that they would take a personal approach to our needs. Julie did a great job of keeping us up to date as our sale progressed, and was very good at following up with solicitors and the buyer (and us!) to ensure that all procedures were completed in a timely manner. Chris forms the other half of the double act with Julie and was also a delight: professional to work with and clearly a natural salesperson. In summary, we couldn't be happier with the service we received, from start to finish.

GoogleMy girlfriend and I have rented a one bed in Potters Bar for 2 years through HC. From the initial viewings through to moving out last week, they have provided a fantastic service, nothing ever an issue, always easy to get hold of, especially on a weekend when an idiot locks himself out of the flat. super friendly and helpful. we got our deposit back very speedily, and to be honest we were a bit sad to say goodbye to them. Would recommend them highly to anyone who'll listen.

This was my first time using an estate agents and they were truly amazing and made everything seem effortless. They were so easy to contact and anything we questioned was answered, they definitely know their stuff. We mostly spoke with Louise and Beverley and they were friendly and very helpful with everything right up to after us moving in. We will definitely be staying with them for our next move whenever that is in the future.

GoogleThis agent was not an obvious choice as we were selling in north Finchley and Hamilton Chase are in Barnet; but as we were recommended by a friend and I worked on the basis that most people search on Right Move anyway. Am so glad we did - Kevin (the sales manager) could not have been more helpful - he was always ready to advise / always available for viewings (and second - even third viewings), he advised us when we weren't sure whether we should be accepting offers etc. Then when we'd sold he 'held our hands' every step of the way - and when I got anxious he was calming. All of the staff we spoke to were professional and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend.
