GoogleHamilton Chase have been property managing my house for 5 years and I would higgly recommend them. They do all of the property management in house and they have been really responsive and hands-on, which is a stark contrast to many other agents that centralise the property management to a team / office ususlly far removed. This often results in poor quality standard

Kevin has always been professional and friendly all the way through completition. Available for any enquires or further viewings, Kevin helped out in running the process smoothly. GoogleExtremely unprofessional people. I would not even go as far as to call them estate agents...they are just a bunch of random people who do not know what customer service is. Rude and manipulative - stay away if you do not want to get stressed.

GoogleMost useless estate agent I've ever met, hardly said a word. What made it worse the pictures used to advertise the house had been enhanced. Why do they waste everyone's time.

Nothing was too much trouble-even contacting us when abroad. He was extremely good at following up with both sets of solicitors- moving things along in a proactive and timely manner.
