From the initial valuation (which he achieved for the sale), to the stunning photos for the advertisement, to getting us across the finish line to exchange. Communication has been key to holding the chain together and Kevin has been instrumental to ensuring everyone was on the same page throughout the process and managing expectations. When we confirmed the offer, he said that was the easy part done. Confused at the time, but I can now see how much hard work he puts in to get the sale to the completion stage. I don’t think we would have got there without him. He has certainly earned his commission! Would highly recommend Kevin.

GoogleMalcolm Gray is the Managing Agent appointed to the flats where I live. As a Director I am grateful that Malcolm is our Managing Agent. He responds to emails, updates me on matters concerning where I reside on matters I would otherwise have been unaware of but need to be. He often attend site for a variety of reasons, whether he is circulating important information into our mail boxes, speaking to neighbours whose behaviour is unacceptable, always keeping an eye on work that needs to be carried out and depending on the job returning to check it was carried out satisfactorily. When the Lift in my block was not working and the delivery of parts to our Lift Engineers was just over 6 weeks, he brought chairs for the staircase landings (8 floors in my block) which would have been a tiring experience climbing up and down these stairs in order to ensure each floor had a chair to rest on.
Last but not least he often can be seen here on the weekend, carrying out one of his conscientious jobs.
Malcolm has many years experience and together with his patience and thoughtful nature, Hamilton Chase are lucky to have him as are the properties that he manages.

We receive an excellent service and as a family-run business, they bring a personal, ethical and professional approach to everything they do.
I mainly deal with Sue and Jaden who are both extremely professional, approachable and efficient, but the whole team is helpful, responsive and easily contactable.
The management of our block from major projects to gardening and cleaning is seamless and they certainly make my life as Director easier!

GoogleAs managing agents, this organisation is purely criminal. They should be thoroughly investigated. We have a baby and a leak in our flat that has caused severe damp and damage to the paintwork that we paid to have done. We made them aware of this on the 23rd of February and on the 13th of March nothing has been done. They stalled by telling us they are going to send a drone to investigate the matter and that we won’t have a report until 21 days from instruction. According to Awaab’s law, this is illegal. They should have investigated within 10 days of us reporting and they legally need to provide us with a report 3 days after the investigation. This agency has no regard for the health and safety of the people they manage. Please read other negative reviews which corroborate my concerns.

FacebookWe have had Hamilton Chase as an agent - they don’t bother doing anything to support the tenants. The handyman they use sits on the tenants committee and of course votes continuing support for Hamilton Chase. They’ve cancelled annual general meetings every year to avoid scrutiny and operate by launching emergency meetings at very short notice.
We’ve had an outstanding issue for 2 months…Hamilton Chase have done nothing as usual but this time, well this time it’s different and it’s an expensive error of judgment.

GoogleIf you fall into a protected characteristic such as age don’t bother with these agents. They will discriminate against your position and not even allow you to view a property and make an offer for the landlords consideration.
As for landlords. My advice would be to choose an agent who will offer your property to all interested parties to ensure you get the best offer possible. If they have an offer they know they can convince you to accept but they could get you a better offer all they need to do is step out the office again and conduct another viewing, trust me, they won’t. You’ll be left at their mercy and they will NOT do everything in their power to fulfil their duties and get you the best possible offer.
