GoogleAs a self-employed first time buyer, buying a property was perhaps more stressful than it might have otherwise been. However, the team at Hamilton Chase (particularly Julie) were ruthlessly hard working (late evenings, days off, weekends - you name it), consistently friendly and personable and exceptionally efficient. I absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and certainly look forward to dealing with them again in the near future. Thank you Julie & thank you HC!

GoogleWe recently bought a house through Hamilton Chase. Kevin was absolutely first class throughout the process. He was flexible with viewing times to enable us to arrange initial and second viewings quickly and around our schedule. Once our offer had been accepted he then kept in touch throughout and was incredibly helpful in helping us with the logistics of moving in and arranging any discussions with the previous owner.

GoogleI have been living in a building managed by Hamilton Chase for over two years now. A few months after moving in, rats appeared in the building. Since then, I have been consistently reporting every rat sighting in the building both on my own and through my landlord. The holes through which rats likely enter the building have not been repaired for many months. The agency has even stopped responding to reports, showing complete ignorance of the issue. Their professionalism is at zero level; I strongly do not recommend their services.

He was very helpful with viewings of my property, as it was quite difficult for me to be around due to work commitments. He kept in touch throughout and responded quickly to any of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Hamilton Chase and Kevin.

They were incredibly efficient and friendly throughout and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a place.I had fabulous chap from Hamilton Chase called Daniel Baum who helped me get the deal over the line, I owe him a huge thanks for putting up with my endless enquiries night and day...Top man.

GoogleI wouldn't even give 1 star but i have to... This is the most unprofessional agency i have ever had to deal with. Beverly Suavi is rude, unprofessional and arrogant.

GoogleHamilton Chase Estates Agent are very professional in their service. I am living in a rental property being managed by them. They are always helpful and available to attend any issues. GoogleI have rented a property in Greater London through Hamilton Chase and they showed me pictures of fully functional wardrobe and oven while letting the property but instead provided broken items after contract sign off. Many times the wardrobe door fell over my head and my wife couldn't bake any stuff in their oven as it's only work at high settings. I had to leave the property before my contract end (30 September 2023). In my opinion, please don't give them a property to manage or rent out any of their property to save yourself from a huge disappointment.

GoogleDiscriminatory anti benefit policies. They seek 30 times your salary even when 90% of your rental money is proven as payments already made from DWP for your existing tenancy. Very very bad and unhelpful. Do not bother with this firm.
