GoogleI needed a car parking space and so contacted Frasers to see if they have any free. The call was answered quickly. Sammi did a great job of coordinating between the owner, who was based in Singapore, and myself in the UK. With 48 hours I had a space. A very quick turnaround. I will be using them for all my property matters going forward.

GoogleMeeting Lock 8 Estate agents has been a blessing. We turned up without an appointment and Mustafa was ever so helpful, took us to view a property and took time to answer our questions. Two months after our initial contact with Lock 8, we have already moved into our rented property. The team ensured we had a smooth experience from viewing to moving in. The service we received from Mustafa, Rami and Sam went above and beyond what we had expected and we would certainly recommend them to others. We will definitely be working with the team in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleComplete SCAMMERS and very unprofessional agency. They chase you until you move out and stop responding to your messages after you move out. Trying to rip you off for non-existent “damages” for which they don’t provide proof of expenses. It’s been now been more than 3 months couldn’t get my deposit back! Shame on you . Stay away from this agency!!!

We are sorry that you have felt it necessary to post a review on the site. As you are aware, the check out was carried out by an independent clerk who assessed the considerable damage to the property. You refused to take responsibility for the damage, so the landlord suggested referring it to the DPS which is one of the bodies that legally protects all tenants from being “scammed”. You were reluctant for this process to take place but in the absence of an agreement, the landlord referred it himself. The outcome will be published in due course together with pictures of the damages done to the flat.

GoogleI highly recommend Lock8 Estates ! We were looking for a flat and just popped in their office and Zine was more than happy to understand our requirements and show us properties that we would like. We have happily moved since then! The top 3 reasons I would recommend them are: 1. They work on weekends and adhere to your time which is really helpful for working professionals 2. From the time we said okay for a flat, the entire documentation process was taken care by them 3. All the queries were swiftly answered and dealt with a lot of patience before and after our movingPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
