I worked with Ivan Ninkovic. From the start he was pro-active in terms of showing my flat, and he was approachable and pleasant to work with. We ran into some legal issues around the lease extension, which caused us to lose our first sale. This was nothing to do with Foxtons. Ivan remained positive and committed to the resale of this flat - at times buffering us up. He did an absolutely fabulous job. You are in good, solid, capable hands.

I worked with Blair from the Finchley office and out of all of the estate agents I've interacted with, nobody comes as close to his level of knowledge, responsiveness and finding properties to suit his clients. Blair was excellent in understanding my requirements and always made the best use of our time, by finding at least 3 properties per viewing session, to help us understand the area and what the range of properties could look like. Blair is also immensely personable and frankly, he's one estate agent who talks to you as a normal human beings, instead of constantly being a salesperson. With Blair, if you ask him a straight question, you get a straight answer. Brilliant. If you want a property to buy, to let or for sale, there will be nobody who can serve you better than Blair. I've actually heard other estate agents from different companies talk about Blair and his excellence. We initially reached out to Foxtons because they had a property listed on Rightmove that we were interested in. Blair Shekleton from the North Finchley office got in contact with us to really understand what we were looking for and see if he could find us a property. Turns out the initial one that we found wasn’t ‘the one’ however Blair was amazing at helping us really hone in on our search and find what we were looking for. We have been looking for over 2 months now with the added pressure of trying to complete prior to March made the whole process very stressful. I am a landlord and have received very poor service from Foxtons. No communication. Have to follow up emails several times. Frequent change of staff. High fees and provides no service at all. Regret changing over to foxtons to manage property. Stay away!
